How will I receive the items I ordered?
Usually we will ship items out within 1-2 business days of the item being completed or ordered. We will notify you if there is a problem shipping your order at a specific time.

You can send me an email and I will usually respond within 24 hours.
How do I contact you with a question?
Sadly no, right now we are only online based but are hopefully going to open a shop in the future.
Do you have a retail store I can come to?
We are more than happy to allow you to use our tutorials to sell items. Please do not save sketches posted on here and use them though.
